I agree with your points on OATS. I recently sold my position in WFMI and will wait for another drop to re-buy. I maintain my long position in OATS, and Lee has stated that the Manhattan store and the NJ store are doing very well. I had an e-mail come my way from an owner of an Indep. NF store in NYC that stated that they had initial talks w/ OATS about a purchase. They wanted to know what a good price would be. If it were me I'd ask for mostly stock like the Arkansas stores got.

I don't know why WF has not gotten further east.

P/S H & Q reiterated buys on BBAR and CTEA. I think I will purchase CTEA w/ my funds from selling WFMI. I like their market share and their new line of herbal/supplemental tea (higher margins).
