Yua do ask the right question. I would like to know the answer. Up to now, we do not have more than some EXTREMELY positive forward looking statements from Henry Siegel. Now it's time to see first results. What confuses me is the following. During the past 4-5 months Mr. Siegel continously repeated, that he expects a profit by the the 4th Q of about $ 4.5 million. In his letter the following paragraph seems to support that statement, with some positive thinking, one could expect even more: "Furthermore, because these projects are fully financed and the funds already received, the Company expects to book income as well as receive cash as soon as we obtain signed agreements from the sold territories. This would result in the Victory product bringing significant seven-figure income and cash to the Company in this fourth quarter as well as in the first six months of next year." But then, how to understand this? "We are streamlining the Company and reducing overhead. We have moved our Los Angeles office to the airport area, which has lowered our rent cost. Our New York office is also planning a move which will bring us significant savings. In all, we expect to save at least $25,000 monthly." Is it really necessary to save that money for an start-up company with a GOLDEN FUTURE? Doesn't sound too good. And finally, what does that mean? "In this type of business, the formation years usually result in large losses which create a negative situation. We feel that we are now moving to a profitable and positive position." Moving to a profit? No profit this year? I'm confused. Maybe some of you sitting in the US can help me. Since I'm in Germany, I have little chance to verify statements about "Merlin, the magic begins". Is it true, that the pilot was broadcasted in most major areas in the US? If yes, why can't I find any front-running or feedback press release in US boards or at Yahoo!? In Germany many people have invested in KMGG and are expecting a bright future. I would appreciate a discussion here, since you are closer to the source. Somebody in L.A. or NY? Maybe you could visit their offices and talk to company rep. Gogo
