Shareholder meeting, As far as I was informed on this point it should be in NY on December 17. But I guess Ed will release another "Shareholders Letter" in the near future to fill us in on this. I would love to fly over but it is a great idea to release a conference call number. In any way, EGNS is making up it's promises stated in Ed's Letter from October 22 1998. They are building up an even better relationship with their shareholders. Hopefully we will see some brokers coming in on the Shareholders Meeting. We need that exposure. Best news from yesterday is that EGNS is still on track. Some of you doubted if EGNS could keep their promises to us shareholders, so here you are, they did.... I believe we will see a millennium-stockrace in the beginning of 1999 as we see now in Internet (related) stocks. I visited a millenium-meeting for companies yesterday in Holland and mr J. Timmer(former Philips) stated that most midcap and smallcap companies still not realize that it could cause a serious problem for them. It is time to wake up and more and more companies will do that when 1-1-2000 shows up. Regards Pluto
