The time to buy is usually at greatest pessimism.here's some good news. The stock closed at the same open price.A neutral candle. The stochastic looks like it will be a buy signal on monday. Also w%r. You may not believe it but technicals work many times.I highly doubt the company will go bankrupt, and i suspect the deal for financing is very, very close. The ceo risks litigation from shareholders, and nasdaq for mentioning these deals if they were not close to completion.I bought MAXBA a similar stock in a similar business with a similar preferred share busting stock situation. They redeemed their preferred, reinvested and have gone from ).25 to 1.85 in 1 month.Check them out.Hey icould be wrong. We could be lied to,the technicals may change, the patents be useless, the science not reproducible. If you buy the story, the stock could be a real big winner-in time.I think the ceo has learnt his lesson previously and wants to keep going,by solidifying the financials.I think he will buy back the preferreds. And if he does the bleeding stops.
