Doug, I would still like to know, since the 8K is a legal document, what the legal description of "significant" is. I assume that it was a quote from BD rather than a translation from TT. I've asked the Chief and Claude Cormier for a clarification, but am still waiting. Do you or anyone on the thread know for sure if the term "significant" appears as a description within the International Mining Standard? Or was it a word, carefully chosen, because it has no legal repercussion? Looking for the truth, Jon
