I meant resource stocks in general tend to decline as Christmas approaches.

Winpsear in December 1996 and December 1997 did indeed run-up only to fall back sharply in the first quarter of the following years. I'm not saying Winspear is a bad stock, far from it. I just believe IMO that without any significant news until after the New Year WSP might drift lower from current levels. The chart certainly indicates a down trend has begun.

Then a fresh round of speculation will begin anew.
