Regarding how perfect a person I am, I have many imperfections as you do as we all do including your buddy Terry Turner, the difference Probart is my imperfections are not being judged re GE as I hold no office in a public company and as I understand it neither do you. People that hold a public office are subject to judgements from the shareholders and the public in general. If these people do not like the judgements they have a choice - they can resign and move on. For example, the post that Ron Knittle wrote for Doug Lapp to post re the Sunriver executives is something that I agree with.Sunriver (whether they have all the gold in the world or not) and their executives must be scrutinized. Notice NOBODY (sorry EricE) came out and denied this post. I can and do assume it is true. This post of Doug's impacts on how I feel towards Sunriver, the company, the people running the company and I am sitting on the sidelines at this moment re that company. Incidently, since rumors are flying all over the place re Terry Turner's legal credentials in Bolivia can you assure me that they are in order? For example, in Bolivia does a lawyer have to graduate from a Bolivian University? or Can a USA lawyer just write the bar exams (or their equivalent) in Bolivia? Or maybe Bolivia just requires the payment of a fee (license) and a foreign lawyer is then legally licensed to practice law in Bolivia. This rumor has been hinted to on Raging Bull and addressed by Doug Lapp over there as BS. I understand that the SEC had heard this more then a year ago and investigated and cleared Terry. However the person that is spreading this rumor says that the SEC did not investigate it thoroughly, can you provide some insight? The source of this rumor is Dan Enright who I understand is the brother of Paul Enright of Sunriver. Now I think these guys should either provide the information that confirms this as fact or they should be held accountable for their comments. Their rumor has caused me to re think my investment in GE and how I view GE. I do believe it is now time to put an end to this rumor ---- one way or the other I want the TRUTH I also believe I am entitled to the truth.
