it figures that bd would say something like that. i mean what consultant does pump for more work. if be did a 10 or 100 for one reverse bd would have a good chance of getting paid. the larger share holders dont really count in these rollback inthat they got there stock at 5 to 15 cents,, so what do they have to bitch about. but if ge doenst dramaticaly reduce its capialization the stsock will drop to 5 to 10 cents in any event. so id rather buy a 10 cent stock with 10 million out than a 10 cent stock with 150 to 200 million out.
if they dont i think they wont servive.. they need to finance at a few bucks and thats not happening, hell its only worth a few bucks if theres 6.4mill in the ground.
but its worth much much more if theres much much less out there.
if we get off the pinks look to see all large holders get out fast. then maybe a reverse.
just my thoughts

How many years has GE worked on this? How much money have they spent? How much do they have to show for the money spent? Not saying that I could do any better, but I'm not so sure that others couldn't do it better.

Doug Lapp has come right out on RB and called SR a scam. It will be interesting to see which of these two companies, if either, can come out a winner for the shareholders. I'm hedging by betting on both of them. If SR is, as Doug says, a scam, then I feel it is all the more likely that so is MINE.

Why isn't GE producing, at least to pay some bills? Easier to print shares and dilute? Can't make any $$ producing from Cangalli? Enlighten me please, but don't tell me they aren't miners. If that is true, they should maybe hire some miners, pay them in shares, or options, or %.

Eric Parde is guessing 155MM shares out now. I'm guessing 200+MM a year from now, and 300+MM two years from now.

probart,

First let me say that this is just a stock we are discussing here, and as you know, there are much more important things in life. Neither of us should take any of this stuff personally.

I'm just trying to be objective. I really do not see this 8k as good news. The main news in the 8k is that the SEC have expanded the charges. The only bright spots that I can find are those words "significant mineralization on the Company's Cangalli properties" but those words alone are pretty meaningless. Where on the properties, how significant, what are the numbers? We know or expect there to be significant mineralization in places, the Paleo Canal for example. They also say their "work did support the existence of gold mineralization at various locations on the property". No kidding, that valley has had literally tons of gold taken out of it in the last 1000 years. Nothing new there.

The rest of the references to BD in the 8k all point to the fact that they cannot confirm Guido's estimates, or even make their own estimates.

Note the words "Notwithstanding BD&C's initial findings" - I think maybe the SEC has the same take on it that I do.

I know you do some great DD and I thank you for that. I know you have great faith in TT, Guido, and the advisory board, and I sincerely hope you are right about all of it, and here comes the but,,,,

I have a question for you, and I've asked it of others on the RB thread. How much of your DD comes from sources not in some way affiliated with, working for, or compensated by, Golden Eagle Intl. or related companies.? Think about it, and let's be objective.

The market on Monday will tell us what it thinks of the 8k. Remember the last time SEC charges were announced in the press, .07 was the low on the day, get your finger ready on the buy button tomorrow, there just may be a big opportunity. Hell I'll buy more at the right price, this thing is far from over.

Best regards,

Jim
