A check of my list did show you were on the list !
I have deleted your name.
Thanks for letting me know.
And thanks for making room for others.

As you may or may not know about every 3 months I require
all to resend email signup.

Do not want to send email to anyone that does not want it !
And Pacbell has a limit on now many I can send to at once.

Thanks again !
Larry Dudash

PB - Private Form 4 Buy. Used specifically when a company sells shares directly to the insider. The price of the shares traded may not be a market price.
PS - Private Form 4 Sale. Used specifically when an insider sells shares back to the company. The price of the shares traded may not be a market price.
144 - Form 144. Used to indicate an intent to sell unregistered shares in the open market.
Important Note: A 144 filer may not be an insider by the SEC's definition, and may not have to file a Form 4 if and when the shares are sold.
13D - Schedule 13D. This SEC document is filed by holders of 5% or more of any class of a company's shares. When a person or entity first reaches the 5% ownership level, a 13D must be filed within 10 days and the intention of the investment must be stated on the form. Subsequent trades must be promptly stated on an amended 13D. If there is not a B (for buy) or S (for sale) designation, you must look at the change in total holdings to determine if the amendment shows an increase or decrease in ownership.
13D-B - Schedule 13D with the B (for buy) designation supplied.
13D-S - Schedule 13D with the S (for sale) designation supplied.
3 - Form 3. Used by insiders to state their initial holdings. This Form must be filed 10 days after insider status is attained, even if no shares are owned.
13G - Form 13G. Must be filed by institutional investors to state their holdings.
