Mark,
You may be right to get more shares at current price. But, I don't feel comfortable to this company anymore. To me, money is not only reason for investment. I need some self-satisfaction and follow-up business trend and have some fun. Now, I feel that I was cheated by my broker since they bought OFIS for my accounts. I am forced to follow up this company. I believe that this incompetent management team will make another mistake sooner or later. I don't have an interest to be a long term investor on this company.
You may remember that in their first conference call, they claimed that they are getting into ERP services. I called them and found that they don't know too much about ERP and they even do not have in-house ERP experts (they talked about Peoplesoft, but no in-house Peoplesoft expert). They just planned to get into this business. This shows how soft that company is. Same as OFIS, management knows how to make sales gimmick. They may make money in the future. But, they will make major mistakes down the road.
When you talk to Doug, please ask which accounting firm did the financial study and who was responsible to this transaction, why Doug was not demoted and who will be demoted. Is the life in Aztec still as usual?
I will be travelling till next Saturday and may respond to you after coming home. Good luck. Regards,
Tallgary
