Giving that some thought. I need to hold Dell at least through the end of the year for tax reasons. I don't think Dell is going to crash, in fact I think it will overall continue on up but modestly. I am beginning to suspect that Dell may enter a period much like CPQ has been in for the last year - a basically flat stock price while the earnings and company growth catch up with the current lofty expectations, given a more realistic idea of Dell's future growth pattern.

One year of flat price with a big part of my portfolio was enough. Maybe I can convert my Dell winnings and 'catch the wave' with CPQ, or maybe I'll split it up a little - Some more into CPQ and some into the other things I have been doing. This is an interesting time to have some cash, and the year end is usually when I make any significant changes in investment strategy (although execution is not always at the same time...)
