TCG,

Since the market -- including DELL -- is liquidity/interest rate driven and we are still enjoying an upward bias, I would prefer to make my decisions based upon timeframe and the macro-economic environment, instead of specific price points.

I see the market hit an intermediate low next week and then resume its climb till year end. There is a strong drive toward better returns for 1998 by fund managers.

Early next year there could be a sell-off as dictated by recently demonstrated market cyclicality.

PS: Please don't make me swear on a bible re. the following forecasts.:-). Just take it with a (big) grain of salt.

Of course, all bets would be off if old Greenspan decided to pull something strange from his hat.
