<In this tight semiconductor equipment market, SFAM is apparently losing market share to IPEC....> Where have you seen anything to support loss of marketshare to date to IPEC? Have you reviewed IPEC's recent earnings report? Can you point to something that supports a recovery of marketshare by IPEC regardless of the "alliance" (not a partnership) with NVLS, which as far as I know has yet to yield to date significant sales? With respect to AMAT, your conclusion is admittedly true by SFAM. Nonetheless, I have a hard time following the same position with respect to IPEC. If possible, I would sincerely appreciate support for your IPEC conclusion....SemiBull
