Yes. Agree BONZ. These SEC filings are all worded very carefully, with a lot of the same legal boilerplate. While the TPII 10K is not great news, it is also old news. That is the past, we need to focus on the present.

What counts now is what has been transpiring since July 31. On the good side, we have been seeing some contract and alliance announcements. At current prices, TPII is still a good speculation.

I'm convinced Jeff's on Kernaghan's payroll--he's been one of their biggest allies, running around SI with his sheriff's hat on...and no, he's not an accountant.
