Laurie....I definitely think that is the reason. How hard would it be to plug in O/S and get an EPS for the last 9 months? Obviously, shares are still a touchy issue with Arif. This is why nobody trusts him. Every action of his is perceived to be underhanded. It's his own fault. He has shown shareholders nothing but mistruths and lies and, he, personally, has shown no attempt to clarify the situation. Maybe, I'll give a call to the transfer agent on Monday to get the current count. If anyone has the current number of shares, feel free to share.

Ahhhhhh.....

LJ your post is worth further contemplation. It makes a great deal of sense. What IF Arif was legally forced for some reason to return his ill gotten shares and that much of the buying in the past few months was an attempt to get a interest in the company to vote him out. It would make sense because based on Arif's past performance...he would not want the shareholders to know he was forced to return shares. That would be an admission of guilt.

With all of the shares that were issued for services who really knows what Arif ownership of FAMH is if you remove the millions of shares he wrongfully gave himself. It is probably far less than he would like.

Are we looking at the beginnings of a coup? Could a company be looking at buying us out? If what Randy said is true, and the IRS is charging FAMH just regular interest on the tax debt, thats a great deal. If FAMH can charge that expense in 98, 99 and later P & Ls could beginning looking good. There are many companies out there that would realize this and that have the management team to turn this company around fast!! FAMH begins to look attractive.

Furthermore, why else would anyone be buying so much of this stock?
