Thread,

Here are last weeks SIA estimates on the memory market:

The memory market will decline 25.7 percent from 1997 levels to $21.8 billion this year. In 1999, however, memory sales will grow 18.1 percent to $25.8 billion and will hit $40.5 billion in 2001.

So we capture 50% of available $40.5 billion= $20.25 billion

Royalties @ 1.5% = $303,750,000
Net Margin @ 35% = $106,181,250
Shares Out= 22,900,000
Est. EPS= $4.64
PE 50 = $232.00 (Year End '01)
CAGR = approx. 52%

I know we have done this before, but wanted to use the new SIA figures for memory market. Note, I have not included any logic royalties, which will be coming as well.

Have a good weekend.
