Re: "I assume "end of next year" means end of next year." If that's really the case and it isn't an error in the article, what do you propose AMD will be doing with the fab between the time first silicon rolls out (Jan, 1999) and volume production starts (according to you, Jan. 2000). Are they just going to mothball the fab for that time period? Talk about wishful thinking! Kevin
