CPQ uses internet purchasing for a lot of different purposes, I think EP was talking about 'direct sales on the internet' and not counting some types of internet corporate orders (this is really 'extranet' since it is a secure network using internet transports). I don't think CPQ really knows how much they do on the net since they have so many sales mechanisms.
