Zeev thanks for your response It seems that to at least some extent you are speaking to the questions of character and intention. We know a fair amount about the Valence side, but who is Castle Creek? What are their other holdings, what is their history, their track record, what might we expect them to do. Have they gotton into these "floorless conversion wars" before or are they legitimate longs who were shown convincing evidence of Valence's future success.

Do you know anything about them. Does anyone on the thread? I have never heard any one say "boo" about them, and I apologize, but I have not had the time to investigate although sooner or later I will.

Best regards Michael

I am trying to read the 8-K on the financing. I came across this, which may have some bearing on the extent of Castle Creek's legal trading activity:

>>Article 4.14 HEDGING TRANSACTIONS
The Company understands that the Purchaser is a so-called "hedge" fund and the Company hereby expressly agrees that Purchaser shall not in any way be prohibited or restricted from any purchases or sales of any securities or other instruments of, or related to, the Company or any of its securities, including, without limitation, puts, calls, futures contracts, short sales and hedging and arbitrage transactions. <<

The paragraph then continues:
>> Neither Purchaser nor any of its affiliates shall engage in any conduct with the purpose of manipulating the market price of the Common Stock.<<
