CheerLead on then by all means. Customer service has been the downfall of many businesses before. And AMTD is a prime example to be a future case study.

When the large regional banks get into the online game the "new" money won't be flowing to Bumblebutt, NE anymore. It will stay at home in some type of bank money market sweep account paying 4.5% interest. Linked to a brokerage account which offers online trading at a comparable price to the current online leaders. Want some examples. Wachovia Bank. First Union roll out in early 1999, possible by January. Nations Bank under development.
