Hi Mohan-san:
I had to do damage control all day yesterday. Dell dropped much more than I ever imagine could happen after earnings release. Did not want to get overextended in the margin account, especially with a lot of short puts to expire this coming Friday. Fortunately found a way to get out of the bind and probably profitable as well.

Next week will interesting. I think Saddam is just sable rattling. He knows that whenever that zipper is up, US means business.

What could spoil tech recovey from Friday's loss are 1. FOMC and 2. Situation in Asia: civil war is about to erupt in the fourth largest country in the world; Albright is visiting Malaysia to meet with Anwar Ibrahim, that deputy Prime minister who is in jail and that could spark more rioting a la the neighbour.

Other than the above, I see handsome recovery of Dell. Around 9 point drop in two days will attract buyers. A good buying opportunity just like when it dropped to 40.

BTW: I used to admire Kumar, but I start wondering his judgement. Not because I went to Pitt and he went to Penn.

Regrads
