Saddam will not be given a reprieve so easily, you don't allow yourself to be bitten by the same snake twice, I would think that he miscalculated the possibility of Clinton lame duck Presidency in wake of impeachment proceedings he also miscalculated the breach of coalition. All said and done if a nation considers defeat and insult as a virtue what can you do about it? Iraqi's in well orchestrated show of unity dance on the streets as if they have won the show down, when we see brain washing at this level under duress or terror we have not much expectations from a pariah state like Iraq, the nation that once use to be cradle of civilization what use to be known as Mesopotamia is know a region of failed human efforts, what use to be the area where Humarabi gave the world its earliest code is jungle without ------ Iraq needs to act responsible they need to adhere to living by the code they have signed...
