For the record, TD sounded this alarm earlier in the year....before it tanked. I for one am happy to be out of this stock and can't see ever getting back in.

You got trouble, right here in River City. Other than the market's irrational movements, this would be a good short. "Pegasystems Inc. (Nasdaq: PEGA - news) today announced that it was delaying the filing of its Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 1998. The Company's financial staff is reviewing certain revenue transactions with the assistance of its external auditors. Pegasystems expects that adjustments to results of operations are likely to occur."
