Larry: Its not stocks that concern me, its external factors that can influence stocks that worries me. For example, when gold went up in the early '80s and inflation dropped stocks I swore off stocks. I got back into stocks in '95 when I was convinced external factors were nill. Now I feel like I did in the '80s; very skeptical of external factors which could tank our market. I trust the USA but I don't trust other markets and the effect that their problems can have on our market. Thus, its not CBS stock that worries me as an investor, its the Russia, Japan, Brazil, etc. that concerns me. Thus, holding on for $40 is fine but are you factoring in the above noted concerns ? If you are then I assume you are convinced that world market problems will not impact significantly upon our market ? For example, to see $40 are you not forecasting a healthy DOW in '99 ?

Thanks
