WJL,
<<<<Maybe one of these days one of our resident professors can haul out the old blackboard and diagram the Big Bang Theory and explain the significant effects it will have on the modern day DCTC shareholder and of course the shorters>>>>

First of all I don't know if I qualify as a resident professor but as you would expect I do have some opinions. Somewhere along the line, the selling of the company became the Big Bang Theory. I have always felt that Joe would put together a company that could be sold for $10.00 a share. As I have been telling my daily E-mail group, I just don't think this can happen any more. First of all, the company is worth a whole lot more than $10.00 a share. I don't think there is a company out there that is interested in both the European operations and CybeFax, MullerMedia, Wavetech and the DataWave JV. Is this moving the goal posts as Ernie might suggest, I don't know. What I do believe is this, Joe is going to give us all an opportunity to exit very soon, IF WE WISH, at his long awaited $10.00 figure. Does this mean the next press release will announce the out and out sale of the European operations, I don't think so. I believe the company's equipment, contracts, and connections with high level European individuals are worth a lot more than we know especially since deregulation is taking place. What is more important is they will increase in value exponentially. I can't see Joe selling this for ten bucks a share. I don't know what we will see this week but I just don't think it will be the Big Bang Theory coming to fruition. If this is correct then IMO it is all the more reason for us to clear out the short position so we can hold at a $3.00 figure long enough to jump on the AMEX. You just don't know how important it is we have everybody's support in calling in the certificates. With a listing will come support from a number of large firms. This in turn will lead to bigger and better opportunities which should give us a much higher stock price. I am of the opinion if all we want is $10.00 then the end is near.

Best Regards
