Hi Mike,

About the major bank with duplicate system running simultaneously. Well, if they are duplicates then wouldn't the Y2K bug strike both of them in identical manner at exactly same instance? I'm a software engineer old enough to have created some of the Y2K bug infested software back in 70s and if the bank you mentioned really did duplicated their system, I strongly recommend obtaining contract with a good systems analyst before they spend too much money.

Good luck,

NI

Mike, Nah, they will just go out and buy a third set, just in case. <G> After all, it is not like they have profit pressure or anything.
