Zeev, Do you know what percentage of companies financed with floorless convertibles have failed? If so, please state the percentage. If greater than 50% I might be somewhat worried, but after Shugart's 100 million share purchase and the MCI Worldcom chairman's decision to come on board, I wouldn't be worried if the number of failures was 80%. I submit that none of us outsiders have access to as much relevant information as the insiders who recently purchased 525,000 shares on the open market. Do you honestly believe they would have done that with their own funds if there was any indication the company was about to fail?
