LG, Not yet back at home full time. After doing that reseach on the NEW HIGHs/NEW LOWs, I feel more comfortable with the position of flatness/down for the next month or so, as long as the NEW HIGHs do not get above 100. Checked all the charts available for the last 28 years, since 1970 (both bull markets and bear market). The criteria was for the NEW HIGHs to stay below 100 and the NEW LOWs in the 10-50 range for one full month, as the NYSE just did for the last month. Seeya
