Jfallen, I don't know about the American Bar having anything to say about Bubba and his sense of law but I do know that Yale Law School (of which Bill and Hillary Clinton are graduates) issued a statement that said "we don't teach those kind of legal semantic arguments in this law school...". I think the statement was in reference to his August 17 speech to the American people "I take full responsibility for what happened...it was Ken Starr's fault!!!" -John ps I think he also was not invited to the Law Schools 25th year anniversary that just occured.
