Everyone go to lawsuit post and law firm representing shareholders has a direct link where you can EMAIL the firm. I strongly suggest all contributors to this post do so for the sake of justice! Does anyone know if their are legal precedents in the case of takeovers/takeunders. Shiva stock has been manipulated all along so whoever drove it all the way down to 2.75 from 84-The company has 2+/share in cash probably manipulated so Intel could prove it was fair in paying a significant premium up to $6. What a joke! SEC take notice of big volume and move up by manipulators prior to takeover announcement. Always amazed me of leaks of earnings news (mostly negative last year and a half.) with stock moving down 10% just prior to news. Has anyone at Shiva headquarters questioned Zucco why he sold us out, employeees and shareholders???
