BSTC sales for the quarter ending 4/30/98 increased 42% over sales from the quarter ending 4/30/97; sales from the quarter ending 7/31/98 were up 51% from the comparable 1997 quarter. BSTC recently signed a co-marketing agreement with a J&J company (Ortho) which will expand sales into the diabetic foot ulcer market. This, IMO, is an aggressive, growing company. But I don't mean to imply it's an ideal fit with Cistron. In general look for small to medium-sized companies that have earnings growth, complementary business with Cistron, and which need cash to expand activities. Rudy
