What if Saddam is putting off Clintons attack until next week. He really wants it to happen during the trading day and not on a weekend.

We know he listens to CNN and that our generals have been reported saying that we cannot fight two wars at the same time. He also knows about the trouble we are having in Albania with the Serbians. We are committed to that region now and it is using a lot of our resources.

The theory is, he stalls until next week to tell us where we can go and lets us push the attack in the middle of the week (He doesn't care if his own people get bombed or not).

The market goes down and everyone blames Clinton.

He also knows about Starr testifying next week.

Since Friday is the biggest shopping day of the year and we have a falling market, retail would suffer and turn in bad figures.

All in all, Saddam takes out Clinton and puts the screw to the U.S..

Sound a little far fetched? I think he's smart enough to pull it off!

Just a thought,
JEB
