I agree with what you said and I do think that JNNE has better management than most of the other BB stocks. Time will tell but I do
like the fact that management initiated the lawsuit and is trying to
expand the business in a realistic way. I am hoping that 1999 will be
real big for JNNE. If they can keep the sharecount under control.

I would like to know where the 11 million shares were spent. What purpose. We were originally told that the lawsuit was only going to cost us 30 thousand and no shares. That was unofficial from Patrick Rost reported to someone on the thread. I hope that is still true. But,
these are the details that they have not been so upfront about. Even the filing of the lawsuit was two months in coming public.
