Polarbear, US transactions are $12.50 Internet/ $45 Broker assisted for up to 5000 shares. Canadian trades must use Broker and the structure is much more complicated. There is a minimum $45 ca per transaction and is based on the $ value of the trade. Most of my trades are for less than $2000 and the highest commission was about $65 ca. If you want a more detailed breakdown I'll try, but don't know how to set up tabular info. Hope this helps, Jon
