Gary,

Here's what I think. If we close above 70, we will see a quick rise to 80. I think there are too many people attempting to trade between 50-70, but they are also convinced of the potential, so if the stock closes above 70, these same people will feel perhaps that RMBS is getting away from them and they will have to get on board.

My crude analysis of the potential price action.
