Page 34 paragraph 8 of the offering memorendium submitted by CardCall Communications Inc.to the Nominated Advisor of the LSE, it states:

Information on Michael Zwebner

Michael Zwebner was declared bankrupt in the UK in October 1990, in respect of 48,227P loaned to Mr. Zwebner by an individual for the purposes of a property business. This debt has now been compromised by agreement and steps are being taken to annul/discharge the bankruptcy order.

Has this bankrupcty been discharged and when? Simple question. And when and where is the disclosure to DCI Telecom that you filed bankruptcy and where is the disclosure to the LGCY board of directors and its shareholders? Mike, this material is from your own filing statements to the LSE via J.P Jenkins Ltd. So your own words here now, lets open this up for discussion. Oh and one last question, when did you resign from DCTC, just a few short months ago wasn't it?
