Well in my opinion ... I was takin bu surprise by the announcement but with 13M illegal certificates out there from the past the reverse will have those certificates coming in and not to be reissued. If they are in the float then the rest you should be able to figure out... also if Tom has his financing and it appears good contracts for distribution along with the long struggle of the SEC for 9 months if that is resolved this could be a good thing... 43 M with 13 illegal taken out should bring the issued to 6 M and a float of 4M according to my calculations. The product is real and so are the contracts ... This maybe be the only way to pull those 13M illegal shares off the market. Now this is just my speculation ... Tom should know doing this will not be favored well however maybe he has a ton of good information about to come out... Now rarely does a reverse split do anything positive unless great news is coming ... Tom is not dumb ... he has plenty of cognitive people assisting him with this... I am believe it or not .. not worried about it. I got 220K shares post split so I guess I will wait till noon to find out what the news is... Hopefully positive. SO far he has been moving along very methodically. So here's hoping. Gary
