Bob, this sector is crazy...it can shoot up or drop like a rock in a very short term for irrational reasons...be careful...if the book to bill goes up...even a stock whose company is losing money can rocket upwards....most of the bad news is already out...business conditions sucks...we're at the bottom...maybe a recover in second half of 1999...But wall street sometimes look 6 months ahead...
