If ITC rules against the Taiwanese for "selling below cost" and doesn't pursue ALL other manufacturers selling below cost (name one that isn't)...I'll say the ITC is Micron's puppet. Why doesn't Micron go after Siemens? Siemens has admitted to growing marketshare the last three years in a DOWN market and you don't do that unless you buy your way in. Siemens is now 10% of the market...more that ALL of Taiwan. IMO its only a matter of time before this whole thing blows up in Micron's face.
