Thank you for this very clear posting, it saved me the time of doing it. But don't sell the equity analysts short because several, e.g. Chuck Phillips and Rick Sherlund among the "luminaries," have been saying this quietly for some time. Re the NC, Oracle this time around back pedaled and reconfigured it. Let's be fair. More later if anyone wishes.... This time around, I will say, Oracle seems to "get it" re the Internet. And it should prove a competitive advantage.
