I would like to see Ancor get some other analysts interested and talking. If you look at Table 1 from the S-3 John G. Kinnard and Company owned 757,008 "Shares of Common Stock Underlying Warrants Beneficially Owned and Being Offered". For comparison, the last data I have on IBM ownership showed that they owned 790,000 shares (from this year's proxy statement in May). An analyst from a company not owning stock or warrants would be useful.

At this point I am also wondering why there isn't more interest by outside analysts. Are they waiting to see how Ancor survives the conversion? Objective financial information on the company is sparse and inconsistent. For example, if you go to the Profile -> Detailed Research section on Yahoo you see Ancor is ranked 50 of 59 in the "Networking Sector". What does that mean? If I go to the analyst ranking section on my broker's internet site - I find one analyst (presumably the Kinnard analyst) rating Ancor as a "Hold".

There is a continued lack of objective data suggesting that Ancor is going anywhere.
