Larry Thanks greatly and FMK please note: Info regarding Castle Creek has been totally absent on this thread until Larry's post. I caustiously agree with you that fears of "floorless" disasters are greatly overblown, never the less, knowledge of who/what Castle Creek is is certainly very material to our our interests In Valence.
