Joe,
That $246000 bottom-line profit that you see for GRIN's
Furby earnings in the coming quarter is about $0.16 per share
- coincidentally, that's what EBAY expects to earn for the WHOLE
of 1999 !!! (EBAY closed at $124 Friday - forward PE=775). So GRIN's
earnings for one toy in one quarter equal EBAY's 1999 total earnings.
... ever felt you found a stock that can only have upside !

The float on GRIN is only 300k - that's only enough for a few
dozen private investors and once it's gone the stock will become
illiquid. The MM won't be able to make a sensible market because he
won't have any shares and he can't force buys and sells because
there are no call/put options on the stock. What happens then ?
Funnily enough, the pre-Christmas Furby is a good example - what
happens when the supply of Furbies cannot meet demand and the 'MM'
(Hasbro) can't supply any more - what happens to the price of that
item which is really only worth $20 ?

....well, we can dream can't we !

Frank
