No, not Cambrian, it was a company in Richardson, TX, called Commercial Technologies that uses a "barcode" analog of CDMA to switch optical signals. I doubt if this technique, or Templex's, has much to do with Silkroad, which deals not in modulation schemes as I understand it but in the basic physics of waves, finding new domains that may be modulated in any way you choose.
