Herbert: I believe it's true. Announcing anything regarding p.o.'s, etc., would have to be first done via normal market mechanisms(news releases, etc.) afterwhich they could carry the discussion to a company conference call. I believe the logic behind this is to allow full disclosure to the investment community in a manner that cannot be perceived as giving insiders an upper hand. Announcements, via a c.c. limited only to invitees could be perceived as a violation of this. By the way, bad news would be handled in an identical fashion. John~
