Because people like Tonto and you and, yes, even Janice aren't questioned. So you think you can say nearly anything and you don't even care if it's true or not. So you think you can get away with your insufferable holier-than-thou attitude. As in this example: #reply-6417156 which is only the most recent one of MANY. Somebody has to question you guys. You all seem to think you own SI. You all seem to think you make the "rules". Well guess what? You don't.

Perjury is a third degree felony. 4902. Perjury. (a) Offense defined.--A person is guilty of perjury, a felony of the third degree, if in any official proceeding he makes a false statement under oath or equivalent affirmation, or swears or affirms the truth of a statement previously made, when the statement is material and he does not believe it to be true. Has anyone already committed perjury?

S... or get off the pot. I would like to add that you all should do this. If you and Tonto and Janice, etc have something to say, then SAY IT. Stop playing games here and on other threads. Spit it OUT for heaven's sake. Dropping hints and asking leading questions - then repeating them ad nauseum - tells NOTHING.
