I guess TM answered this one, I posted the message and less than 10 seconds later got an eMail from TM that PAIR should be watched. I am sure he had not seen my post before he sent his message to ....either great minds think alike or just an odd coincidence.

Long 5K shares. Looking for 12-13 this week, 18 in 6-9 months with any luck.

Consistent earnings, steady growth, buyout rumors (who else but LU or CSCO, along with every other beaten down technology company) even w/out a buyout I see this as a good intermediate stock to own.

Another stock I think has both good short and long term potential is SYMC. Got 3000 at 9, out at 13 1/2 back in at 17 3/4. (3.5K shares)

SYMC is now down to 16 13/16, and I think it could easily see 23-25 in the next 3-4 months and higher than that in a year. With the XMas selling season getting into full swing, and the demand for PC's still at a great pace, SYMC is poised to post great sales IMO. If I am not mistaken, SYMC sells 2-4 of the Top 10 retail products (Norton AntiVirous, Norton Utilities, Unistaller Deluxe and a few others I can't recall off the top of my head). Even after the XMas season, a lot of retail customers go out and purchase additional retail software to "load up" their PC using money from grandma etc.

Do your own DD, but SYMC is a solid company in my opinion. S&P fair value of $35.60. Low P&E versus industry. In my opinion the stock could go past $40 in 12-18 months w/any luck.

NAV (Norton anti-virus) is also fast becoming a corporate standard in many large companies.

Good luck. Do your own research, make your own decisions...
