I disagree. What you mean is "if the stock price was higher we wouldn't be having this conversation." There's no guarantee that more public info would have a positive effect on the stock price. Stock prices reflect PERCEPTIONS of success in the short run and right now the perception includes: 1. NXTL has had to spend more on capex than they originally planned; and, 2. NXTL is in a short term cash bind (called "burn rate" in the biotech sector). Whether either one of those perceptions is correct is not the point. As long as that perception holds, the stock will reflect that view.

In the long run actual results will prevail.
