Zeev: Well, so much for a weekends "let's beat this floor-less idea into the ground," chat. HEH! I'm sure others are grateful for you raising the specter of its potential since fore warned is fore armed, eh? And having seen it several times via those very same issues you've mentioned(we must'a been shadowing each other over the last couple of years), eg. AKSEF, ANCR, FIBR....well...let's just say I'll be able to see the train coming should it appear on these VLNC tracks I'm walking along. Still, the mere specter of a floor-less doesn't automatically follow, as it relates to VLNC, that it will be executed in the manner you have made abundantly clear. Context is everything so I highly recommend to those following the discussion to research those companies that have fallen prey to the negative aspects of the mechanism. Poorly executed business plans tend to walk hand in hand with the execution of this mechanism. Execution.....hmmmm....an interesting use of words on my part, eh? Be that as it may, VLNC is in the throes of their plan and it's too soon to determine if they'll end up immolating themselves by failing to meet what appears to be a burgeoning market expectation(I reference the volume of late). Enough of this, the day is beautiful out there, probably the last few days before Winter sends me into hibernation mode. Time to wander around outdoors.

Regards!

John~
