The modern Jews who reject Jesus are not the children or People of God. The modern Jews are pseudo-Jews who believe in the antichrist religion of Babylonian Talmudism. The Torah is still used as a showpiece in modern Judaism, but it is not used for doctrines. The doctrines and dogmas of modern pseudo-Judaism are based on the Talmud, and not the Torah.
Biblical Judaism was a God-ordained religion based upon aTemple, a Levitical and Aaaronic Priesthood, and in addition, it was based upon sacrifices and worship derived from God-ordained rubrics codified in the Books of Leviticus and Deuteronomy. Ancient Judaism also had a sacred genealogy to confirm the genetic membership of the nation of Israel.
Modern Judaism or pseudo-Judaism possesses none of these identifying characteristics. The Temple, the Temple furniture, the Levitical Priesthood, the Aaronic Priesthood, the genealogies, the Temple sacrifices, in short, the Temple Judaism of the Old Testament was destroyed by God in 70 A.D and replaced with Christian Judaism or the Christian Church. JESUS became the sacrifice, foundation and the life of this NEW CHRISTIAN Judaism called the CHURCH or BODY of CHRIST. These Christian Jews spread the Gospel throughout the whole world and fulfilled the Scriptures that foretold of Abraham becoming the father of many nations.
After the destruction of the Temple, the Jews who rejected God's salvation in Jesus set about establishing the new religion of Babylonian Talmudism. This is the pseudo-Judaism that we see today that is trying to establish a worldly kingdom in Palestine today.
The promised "seed" is in Christ.
Gal. 3
16: Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

4. Circumcision under the New Covenant is in the heart and not in the flesh.

29: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

The original covenant has been fulfilled in Christ Jesus and replaced with the New Covenant. Christians are the New Covenant Israel. (This fulfills the prophecy where God promises to change the name of Israel and call them by HIS name, or simply by the name CHRISTIANS(the Christ people).
